Is this a small date? I put some lines on the date to give some perspective.

Large date. Note second image the large black line doesn't conceal that the 7 is lower than the zero.

Several things make or break the small or large date question:
1970-S-Lmc-Large-Date-Or-Small-Date?

The first place I look for is on the location of the bottom of the '7'.

On auctions you can tale a business card to the computer screen and see where the top of the date is. Even tilted, images can be checked this way. (which most auctions do to sell off a normal coin instead of the real deal)

Is the large date/small date for 1970 only from the San Fransisco mint.

I have added it this time, but you should include the date, mintmark, and the denomination in your titles.
