My grandma told me to ask about the center of has a big error or lamination error on back but I'm not sure because I never saw on this big before thanks in advance

Looks like glue of some type was added to the coin. It has been there a long time as you can still see where it protected the original finish at one time. An altered coin. Sorry

Looks like it was glued to a Memorial cent reverse at one time.
