Looks like the secondary lighting is reflecting off those area you have the arrows on. Secondary sources can be blocked easily with some blocking that light in that direction. Could be a window light, or a room light. It creates a glare and that is what you are seeing there. Turn the coin and note the go away affecting different devices. Also there is MD pushing NW on the devices. Just a regular coin.
