I like that although it is not considered a mint error, it is called Occluded gas bubble, gas trapped beneath the copper layer.there are also spots where the copper is peaking through,overall result of today's poor mint quality!I would keep it.

To me it looks like a cut on the coin. The plating was split in come area and now rising, other areas not split and not rising. The rim also looks affected. Especially on the lower rim at 7:00.

It appears that there may have been a die crack along with the previous explanations for the bubbles and thus the appearance as shown.


Nice find, I would certainly add it to my error collection.
