Hi again.
This is another mysterious coin for me.
I can see a tripod on the first side and a head in the other side.
Can you tell my where is this coin from?

Diameter 9 mm; weight 1.53

I agree with Albert.
I would certainly follow that line of research on Google Images, as well as Google.

Thanks to all!
I thought about Kroton, but I found only two coins with tripod and head, and both of them have a more "heavy" tripod and the legend KRO.
Instead my tripod is different and you can read something like ITA or IGL (Greek letters) on the left side.

I agree with Albert, but I'll add that I have suspicions about its authenticity - looks to me like it has been cast.

I don t think it is a coin from Kroton .There is a legend at left and maybe also at right .Many Greek cities had coins with tripods , so check : Greek coins, tripod and compare the style of the tripod . I don t think it is a fake , the quality is to bad . albert

...you can read something like ITA

I suspect that may be the "ITA" of TAYPOME-NITAN of a Tauromenion issue. Like Ben, I have concerns about authenticity.

After a long search, I think this coin is from the Sicilian town of Tauromenion.
I can barely read P..M and ITAN, that could be part of TAYPOME / NITAN

The problem is that I'm not able to find this type of coin on wildwinds or other online catalogue. Tripod is different and Apollo's head is oriented to left (others are right oriented).

And this is the edge.
Sorry but I'm not able to take a better photo.
