First Coinstar was a bust, but I found a nice nickel in the parking lot. Second store found 3¢ in the parking lot. Coinstar was empty, but as I was paying for groceries someone finished cashing in at the Coinstar. They left 36¢ behind, including a nice 2023-P dime. The zincoln has been tossed out of my window. MrPink2018 Pillar of the Community United States 2536 Posts	Posted 05/18/2024 04:18 am pickins have generally been on the slim side the last few nights, but tonight a stop at an ice machine provided the four-quarter remedy: tonight was hot, humid, breezeless & buggy, plus I had an unpleasant day; I was still into the nightly ride, but I wanted an early night. so, since I found my sought-after nightly dollar before I even made it to the first kitty, I figured I just got my wish, but I still found a little more along the way, nabbing $1.46 in total. I found a 2008 British 2 pence coin outside Liverpool Street Station in London on Wednesday. I went into the station McDonalds and put it in the Ronald McDonald House Charities collecting box - they have more need of 2p than I do!
