Light wrap around from two light sources. Note the darker brown image, it is not showing the same thing. Use a single light source.

You might have a case of that with a secondary light? The devices are not enlarged. On the DDO's the devices are enlarged:

I did but maybe that the case cause I have a USB scope

The LED light with multiple lights just don't work. Almost need on of the things the Doctor uses to look into your ears with to funnel the light into one point in order to make it work. But then you have a laser light with too much. You might need a different lighting system.
