I think he is referring to the flatten edge look on the coin. If you have a proof coin and this one, place them side by side. You will not the rim is thicker on the proof coins. All proof coins are thicker. In a clear tube you can put 51 regular cents in them. Proof coins about 47 or 48 and then it is full.
