@sd4k1911, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree with @john1 that it looks like those two numbers have a slight amount of Machine Doubling. You could keep this as an example for your collection, but I don't think that this adds to the numismatic value of this Wheat cent.

I agree with the others that what you have is Machine Doubling. This date of the Lincoln Cent is found quite often with this type of MD'ing. The kicker is that there is a true mint error , a doubled die , that carries a significant premium, that shows doubling in basically the exact same spot.
Here is a pic of it to compare your coin to and hopefully see the difference.

Machine Doubling - devices are reduced in size and halve flat shelflike doubling.
