It is a poorly manufactured fake.

Fake, but I will grade it anyway.
This 'item' has sustained very little wear, when considering the high points of the design (both sides).

@richardvador There are only 15 known examples of this coin, which makes them very very rare and very very valuable. That also makes them very popular among counterfeiters.
