Hello I am interested in finding out if my penny is damaged or has an error. The liberty looks smashed or blurry. I searched the internet and couldn't find anyone similar. Does anyone have any idea about this coun?

Close up pics will help, but most likely a result of Die Deterioration and circulation wear and tear.

Looks like it was dipped in acid on 1/2 of your coin and the other side wasn't. PSD. (Post-Strike-Damaged)

Hello thanks for the replies. I am working on taking better pics of the coin. Found it weird that only the word Liberty has damage.

If you look closely at the photos, the blurry aspect on both photos appear to be in the upper right quadrant of the photo.
If it were PSD from acid dipping, wouldn't you see the same effect in the area of the left end of the memorial ?
