1975 Jefferson DD Or Die Wear

This is the hardest for me to get straight in my head. Maybe I've spent to much time with looking at silver dollars. If this was on a Morgan, I would almost bet my whole collection this would be described as- letters doubled inside towards rim. Don't see any shift on bottom of letters. Is this just a form of die wear?

This is a deceptive form of Die Deterioration Doubling that we see quite often on Jefferson nickels.
