the first is a 1972 quarter with a glob on the wing of the Eagle and the second is a 2000 New Hampshire. on the glob coin I can find info from a 1960 something version but can't seem to locate anything on the 72.

The new Hampshire seems to be 2 kinds of metal not an amalgam, also weighed against another New Hampshire it is drastically less in weight.. 2000 NH P weight 5.71g. my 2000 NH D 4.52g

welcome to the forum. The 1972 has been subjected to heat causing it to bubble, the other looks like it spent some time in acid.

Both of these coins are spenders as they show damage not mint errors.
