It is possible that this is a product of all the 50 States quarter hype. A third party may have taken a BU quarter and added gold plating for accents. It adds no value whatsoever. However, a clear pic would certainly help to say what is really going on.

Actually it came in a set .... 3 of the 5 quarters have this look the other two are just silver don't look like anyone was able to open and reclose the c ASE
