I see lots of glare , it would be really helpful if you could be a little more specific, what area do you have a question on? where do you specifically see the doubling? is it in the digits? is it in the devices? just spell it out. that way we can go right to the point and help you instead of guessing and trying to read your mind

No need to apologize, your initial help is needed for members to help you, the more specific you are the easier it'll make it all around to answer your questions.
Now that you've mentioned I do see them, but I don't believe they are Doubled Dies, they could be more due to worn die!

Since they are struck twice, this is very common on proofs.

Look more for spread on DDO's. I found one that I haven't matched up yet. But you might enjoy looking at it to see what I mean by spread:
