The chin has thickening - is this a doubled chin (no pun intended) or something else. I think the d in God my be doubled. Any help is appreciated.

I don't see anything out of ordinary in the area in question, it looks like a normal coin with an average circulation contact marks including the one on the Chin, it has taken a hit and has been gouged.
