Here is a 2007 Quarter I found with what I understand to be a slight off center strike, not much but noticeable. Thought I would share it here and get some feedback about it. Thanks

Are the reeds on the edge of the coin?

Yea the reeds are all around the quarter. Though they are deeper on the right side edge (coin face up as in the first photo) and slightly shallower on the opposite edge if it makes a difference.

Correct! If it were, the reed would not be present, and could have looks like the nickel above.

Interesting for sure. Yea comparing this with another quarter it looks to be perfectly round and all the reeding is present, just varying in depth with the shape of the misalignment.

The collar does make it round. Also adding the reeds during the strike. Why the reeds on certain coins?  Even though todays coins are clad, they still add the reeds.
