Looks like MD to me. With the incuse letters, the opposite rule applies to a doubled die.

Interesting coin since 2010-D does have one but yours isn't that one:
WDDR-001 http://doubleddie.com/846297.html.

Others may need clearer images.

No expert here so forgive me if you are familiar with the die making process in 2010. The single hub process that was used in 2010 doesn't hub ("strike") the die twice.

The letters of EPU are incuse and the single hubbing process generally makes the letters look thinner and "wavy" on a DDR. I don't believe a true DDR could have the separation like yours appears to show on incuse (recessed) devices. That is usually an indication of MD.

The initials are raised in relief though and on yours they do look thickened with some apparent notching, especially JFM.

It will be interesting to hear what others more knowledgeable have to say.

EDIT: Some letters of US OF A are interesting as well (all are raised in relief).
-O (OF)- looks thick and twisted.
........ (Similar to WDDR-013 http://doubleddie.com/894355.html 3/4 of the way down the page. )

-ERICA- Bottom right appear thicker and to extend outward towards the rim.

Looks like MD. Hub doubling on incuse letters actually make them thinner, not wider.

You have Machine Doubling on EPU. On incused devices, the devices increase in size instead of being reduced in size normally.

Incuse devices (below the fields)
Doubled dies are smaller in size
than on normal coins on the devices
Machine Doubling enlarges the devices
larger than the normal sized devices.

Better images will be helpful.
What about the raised devices (initials and AMERICA) on this one folks. Some of these areas look interesting.
(It is possible to have a DDR with MD.)

Thank you so much for all of your inputs and I apologize for the late reply. I have been trying to be very organized in putting away the coins am submitting to this forum but I cannot seem to find it now. I tried looking for it but it seems like I got it mixed up (just placed it in white envelope). Maybe I'll come across with it one day when am not looking for it& Again, thank you much.

Coins in envelopes can turn BU coins and proof coins dark colored. So move it into a 2x2.
