Came Across This 1988 $100 Bill. Need Some Help.

Hey guys. I recently was given this 1988 $100 bill. Personally I can't tell whether its real or fake when it comes to older bills that lack the updated security features. I have asked a few people and they seem to be split. Some say yes some say no. So I thought Id join this forum and consult some pro's! :)
