It is a nice looking coin and the pics are great. However, the coin is not worth submitting for grading. Keep it as is.

Do NGC has a branch office in China? But like spruett001 wrote, it likely cost more to submit than its worth.

thank you all. This picture was taken with a Canon eos700d camera with an aperture of 8, iso is 100, and the shutter is preferred.
