Unusual Mint Error On A 1977 Roosevelt Dime

Found this Roosevelt dime with a rather strange error on both sides of the coin. I have never seen one like it before or since. The bulges are not on top of one another. Anyone have anything on this anomaly.

To the CCF
We are going to need pictures of both sides to evaluate your
coin but it sounds like it may have had heat applied to it
which can cause the coins to bulge.
Whatever it is though, it would not be an error as errors can
only occur during the striking of a coin.

I would love to share a picture but I am unable to figure out how to get it on here. I have followed the instructions but I am unable to get them on here. I must not be holding my mouth right.
