So here's the other dime I was mentioning in my post a few mins ago regarding the 2003 dime, idk what it is but it's strange yet looks like it happened in the process somehow. Any thoughts are appreciated

Need better obverse and reverse photos with the coin removed from the holder. Need more of a description please.

Better and cropped pictures would help (we don't need the picture of the Lincoln Cent)
but from what I can see, it looks like someone or something has ground the rim down. PMD
