Noticed some edges around rim like a secondary glow from where die hit, same around the moon and her neck piece, and more.

Minor Die Deterioration. Note on your coin, the movement of metal is always in the direction of the closest rim. (Tops and bottoms of devices) Machine Doubling is usually in a single direction on the whole coin.

ok I see what your saying coop so then with the P mint mark would that be considered the same, due to my nooby eyes it looks like 3 ps lol

Just a normal mint mark. May have had a light contact mark on the top side of the mint mark. It is not enlarged, so it would not be a RPM.
