I recently acquired a slightly cleaned quarter, it is a Seated Liberty quarter it is in VG
condition, even if it takes 5-10-15-20 years, it there a way that I can put it in an old album or a paper coin wrapper to naturally retone it so that it will eventually get darker and the slight cleaning wont show?

Thanks in advance

I believe keeping it in the kraft paper envelope is the safest way, even if it takes a while. I have also read that leaving it exposed on a window sill will help. I have not tried this, so YMMV.

I always recommend the kitchen window sill method. HOWEVER, there is several drawbacks. For me it has worked for well over 30 years now. Of course it means leaving it there for months of even years and remembering to turn it over occationally. Now here is the problem. So much depends on how much cooking is done, how many times the windows are open, the type of cooking being done, the weather if the windows are open, etc. For me it is simple. Probably 90% of food is either bar-b-qued, TV dinners, Frozen Pot Pies. Windows are never opened all year long. So food fumes are almost none existing and weather is of no consern. One friend of mine tried this method and his family makes gigantic breakfases of eggs, bacon, toast, etc. Then they also have large dinners of just about everything ever attempted to eat on Earth. The coins he tried it with toned to look like a kids painting but the cleaniness was all gone. The ones I do it with slowly just turn out looking like a normal coin. I usually buy cleaned coins if the prices are exceptionally low and have fun trying these things.
