Yes you have it! Nice find! This was caused by a Die Clash.

Excellent find ccobb. That's a nice one! I had a hunch you might have one hiding somewhere  And yes, it is a die clash on Franklin's mouth which is the remnants of the Eagle's Wing.Put it in a 2x2
