The first coin I ever bought at the age of 8 was a 3 cent nickel and I have been hooked ever since. I prefer them circulated and go nuts of 1865 with all its errors and varieties.

It appears well struck.
Looks like most of the ribs on the III are complete.
Way too many of them have missing ribs, particularly on the first I.

I'm the same in my love of the Three Cent Nickel. In fact I sold everything else in my collection a long time ago so I could buy more. I also specialize in the 1865 for the same reason. The series is fun cherry picking because very few know how to really grade these and the varieties are galore. Please post some more of your collection.
