I feel a little more confident this in this one but still wanted to get your opinions. Overall this coin looks okay to me but the is just ever so slightly off, it could just be me though. Let me know what you think.

This one looks a lot more genuine than the last one you posted. I'd say go ahead with the purchase but you might want to get another opinion.

Looks legit. Think I know this seller, too, and the source is trustworthy.

That's great to hear, I think I was probably just paranoid from the last one I posted. I was ready for you guys to say it was cleaned, but counterfeit?! I didn't know such a population of coins existed for this date so it wasn't something I was looking for which threw me for a loop.

My thinking when it comes to the 1931 S is that circulated values vs uncirculated prices are not all that different. The 1931 S is funny because in low grades, it has a high price tag but not all that big of a difference than in AU and low MS grades. It was hoarded in unc rolls. A similar Lincoln semi key, the 1924 D is considerably low in price in lower grades but jumps up quite a bit in higher grades. I guess what I am trying to say is, In the case of a 1931 S, I would put an extra proportionately small amount of money towards a higher grade 1931 S.
Check out the grades and price jumps on this and compare to the other semi key pre 1940 Lincoln wheat cents.

I agree. The reverse on this example is very weak, and small nicks all over detract from the eye appeal.

This is my personal opinion, but I would buy from a different seller.

S mint mark appears to be a RPM or just a worn out die.

@coinfrog 70$ is my all in for this date, hoping to get one in the VF range which would match the condition I'm getting most of the rest of my cents in.

You should be able to find a better one in that price range - I would seriously keep looking.
