Possible Error On 1982 Quarter?

Hello, so I have recently began expressing my interest in coins, and I have been looking over each and every coin I receive. I am a rookie, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

So I came across this 1982 quarter, and everything seems to be fine with it other than the "E" in "LIBERTY", and possible the "B" as well. This could just be damage, but it looks to me as if there is no other damage like that around the quarter. Again, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you!

Been through a lot of vending machines/casinos and coin wrapping/counting machines. It been doing it job for a long time.
