Can anyone tell me if what I'm seeing is doubling, and if so is it machine or a true error? I changed the filter on some of the pics to help show the areas in question, and I can take different ones if necessary.
"W" in we, "R","S" of trust, "RTY" in Liberty and the 5 and tail of the 7 in the date are the main points I noticed.

Will need much clearer close ups if I am to identify this coin. Happy Hunting!

Proof coins are often found with slight doubling because they were struck twice during the minting process.

Will post different pics directly...

Is there a sure-fire way to differentiate between a true doubled die and a "slightly doubled" proof coin? I don't want to waste anyone's time on nonsense, I'd like to know if it's worth having graded, and there's no one in my area that I can take it to

I don't see any doubling in those pictures.
