I searched some 2018 cents and found 9 of them with the same small raised bump. I pressed it with toothpick it seems solid. Also there are nine with the same bump same place.

Yup. That's a die chip. These are extremely common on shield cents. Keep it if you'd like though! Your collection is what you make it. Make it yours!

That is the prime area on LSCs to find the beginnings of die chips and cracks.

If they all came from the same batch, they are probably examples of the same die pair.
