Many " Dryer Coins" have never been in a dryer or other machine.
The term " Dryer Coin" is also used to describe "spooned coins" and other intentional rim damage.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It seems to perfect and lack of wear to the coins fields has me debating if the edge is incased in something. Is diameter smaller than a normal 19mm cent? A spooned or Dryer Coin tends to have a reduced diameter.

Reverse image and or edge image of 12:00 above "WE" may suggest more. Thanks, Doug.
