26.73 is normal, yours seems to be within mint tolerance. What is it you really want to know? John1

Can you post in focus close up images of the date and mint mark?

And orient them correctly, please! Almost impossible to evaluate sideways.

I'm curious about that much under-weight. I don't like the color for being in that good of shape, I'd say mid/upper MS range but coins need to be orientated upright. Being as what looks to me as upper MS, there is too much weight missing, ie not enough rubbed off to account for that loss. BUT, I am a serious rookie so seek an experts advice. IMHO I'd take it to my local coin shop and have them shoot it with their x-ray gun to see what the silver content is. Have you done the magnet test?

I'm curious about this one. Looks too good not to have been slabbed. Almost has that Chinese aging/toning, but not as bad as usual. Awesome coin if real!

Color doesn't look right. Little wear but no luster. Does not appear authentic.

I would get the one that comes in the PCGS #84966105 slab, but that's $100.

Its difficult to tell with the photos, but the color looks wrong and the relief on the eagle seems exaggerated. I suspect counterfeit.

Something just feels off about it. Could have just circulated and toned in an unusual pattern but I don't like the look of it. How did you acquire this coin?

The made in China mark must be on there somewhere. It has that look.

Sorry I've been away for a while.. I apologize about the pictures, the photo edit app is a pain in the ass, or maybe because I am unsure exactly how to drop & rotate. I tried... I purchased a large lot of Morgans at a tag sale. Several CC, & a nice assortment of various years. They all look great, none of them were slabbed. I was told it was a collection that an older family member kept & then passed away & just kept them all in bags? This was the gem of the lot. But as others are saying something looks off. I am no professional, but I've had it viewed at several local shows & some say it's a beautiful authentic coin & others say counterfeit. I am going to send it in for certification. Either way I bought 27 morgans for $150. 3 1890 CC's were in there. Passed magnet test, weight seems low for such minor wear? I'll let you know what cert. Comes back with..
