At least AU. I have seen many of those lower purity silver coins tone very badly. Report this Post to the Staff

If raised, have you tried a solvent for organic stuff? (Goo-Gone or acetone) As for the underlying condition, it looks like quite a few rim nicks are visible in the photos?
