I think it's a DDR, I checked a few of mine out and it doesn't look MD

I agree with E&V it is MD. all the areas in question show flat doubling and reduced sizes.Good eye Bate, but you've had a good run lately, keep it going.

Flat shelf like. I would picture a DDR more like this:

Note the spread line and that the affected areas are not flat, shelf like.

Just wanted to add one more note as well. There's a slight Grease Fill on the obverse and reverse, and there's Die Deterioration going on as well.
