I have some plated coins but dyed? Here are a few weird 1945 ones for some input. Let me know thoughts please.

I think they just had very different lives in circulation. Possibly exposed to something that the others weren't.

Edit: I just remembered that in 1945 all LWCs issued had a certain amount of spent shell casings in them from the war. Don't know if that might affect long term color or not since I believe they all had it in them to varying degrees.

Due to the chemical nature of copper it will form many different colors depending on what it's exposed to. You color variations are completely normal.

Coins that have been in a fire, exposed to the elements, exposed to different chemicals, buried, etc. can have discoloration. It would sure help us if they could talk!

Your Lincoln cents are not plated . Like which have been said above , just been subject to different environment .
