Hi-
I first noticed the obvious off center on this penny, then I discovered obvious doubling of some type on the reverse. There may also be doubling on the obverse? There are listed double dies for this date but is this one of them? Thanks for your reply-

The reverse is a classic MD, your coin shows a misaligned die since the reverse seems to be normal.can you show us the full front and back?

Thanks pendrak,

Note the rim on the reverse is even all around, and the obverse rim is uneven, that is a misaligned die. Now if both front and back were both the same , then that would have been considered a struck off center.

Although, it's not Misaligned bad enough to carry a premium.

Thanks. So the misaligned die caused the doubling?

It is a collectable MAD coin. Note how TRUST is falling over the edge of the coin? Weakness on the reverse on 'RICA' on AMERICA. A keeper.
