I received a $20 roll of Ike dollar coins from the bank, and it appears to be completely sealed and intact from "Resorts International Motel" in Atlantic City, NJ. Both of the end coins are bicentennials, so I'm not sure if everything is from 1976 but this is the first time I've come across a machine roll of Eisenhower dollar coins! I was wondering if it's worth anything extra or if I should just open it and spend the coins inside.

I would want to know what is inside. Curiosity kills!

However, it sounds like a roll from a casino. it may be significant. I would definitely wait for more opinions before opening.

So I ended up opening the roll, and got the following:

1972 x2
1976 x8
1977 x9
1977-D x1

As far as I know, there's nothing special in any of those dates so I'll probably end up spending them to see how people react to them!
