What ya'll think PCGS says this is? Has some rim toning and the beginnings of toning on the cheek.

Needs re-slabbed, there is some (smearing?) over the tail that's in the plastic.

The more toning you get, the harder it is to find hairline scratches. I don't see any here.
Toning also tends to hide original mint luster.
MS63.

I think I'm going to get it re-slabbed. Would they be able to remove the toning under conservation? I'd love to have that removed if possible without messing the coin up. Under my scope, I don't see any scratches/dings the cheek toning is hiding.

Solid 64, shot 65? I know the toning might be obscuring something.

MS64 need to get better photos as the blurry area on the reverse makes it hard to see the tail feather count, can't tell if it's a 7TF or 7/8TF variety.

I plan on sending it and a couple others in to get re-slabbed. It is a 7/8 TF Strong.

I was pretty sure I was looking at a 7/8TF coin, thanks for the verification it was.

Since it doubles in price from MS63 to MS64 it's worth a shot probably, unless it is in a secure shield holder. From my understanding they have a photo database at PCGS so they don't raise up grades on coins they have already put a grade opinion on. This may not be true on all coins though, (I think they would check on coins where there is a substantial increase in value), since the do have a buyback guarantee in place. If you resubmit it - I'd personally do it as a raw (cracked out coin) rather than a regrade opinion in holder.
