Just was checking the bay for the price range of "Strange but true" coin set similar to mine. I have found identical one, even the rainbow toning on the Kennedy half is the same. How is it possible?
The item number is 292953409226

I think that if you look closely enough, you will see that there are some differences between the two coins, including the toning. Assuming both coins started life untoned, there may be something in the paper holder "Strange but true" that is causing this toning and it has progressed at roughly the same rate for both coins.

It's pretty likely there is something in the paper. It's also possible that the coins came from the same place, whenever they were bought to create these little fact sheets.
Rest in Peace

As a graphic artist I deal with paper every day. I use only acid free, where as that used in coin folders is probably not unless stated on the packaging/folder. Very typical for coins to tone in similar fashion, almost as identical as you describe.
