As the title says I cant really find one that matches with the die cud/break w/e on the eagles left wing.

Check 1878-CC VAM27 looks like a pretty good candidate.

Your coin look like a much later die state, as evidenced with all the reverse die cracks that are not on the HA.com full reverse coin photo on VamWorld.

Yes it is! Although I dont see the chip on the eyelid, there is definitely one next to the wheat leaf and definitely the same Cuds on the wing thanks!
