I think my 1st post on this is in Cyber space........

I have a friend in Florida that has a couple rolls of 2019's they have what looks like a die crack in them.... One roll does the other is not opened yet....

It looks like a lightning strike he says.... Has anyone come across this OR ANY new 2019's yet ?

I've spotted a 2019 but nothing like what you describe.
