I found this in a box of pennies. From further out it looks like a RPM, but when I zoom in it doesn't look like one....What do you think? As always, thank you for your time.

It's just Die Deterioration. This is extremely common with S mint marks. Here's a link to where you can see what 1969-S Lincoln RPMs look like: http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20L...%201969S.htm
As the Die Deterioration gets worse, the mint mark will look filled. Not an RPM, but Keep looking!

Looks like the mint mark punch was damaged when it was used on this die.
