I recently received a bunch of old coins from my uncle that had passed away and ran across this one. Could this be an error coin or just worn over time ? Any feedback would be appeciated

Thanks for the feedback. This is a new hobby for me now. Tons of old pennies, half dollars and full dollar coins to go through :)
