Any help regarding the glass token / adornment below would be greatly appreciated. It is 25mm in diameter, 2.6g and has the number "372" on the reverse.

I can't say, but to me, I would first consider Meissen.

Looks like it originally had a pin on back and is one of several glass pin backs lumped together with what are called "tinnies" and Gau badges.

If it had a pin then I would still think Meissen might be an origin.

I found it listed in Reinhard Tieste's book volume 1 Winterhelp pins, on page 56. It was issued in March 1934.
"Mintage" 5,812,000 made in Lauscha / Thuringia. The Winter Help was a fundraising effort for poor and displaced Germans often living under foreign rule. Donors got thousands of pins and things like these for their money.
