I can't help with the arabic, but that second coin reads GAL VAL MAXIMINVS NOB C[AES], which makes it Maximinus II (Maximinus Daia). The figure on the reverse is Genius and the legend is GENIO CA-[ESARIS].

Maximinus II AE Follis, 308-310 AD.
GAL VAL MAXIMINVS NOB C[AES], laureate head right (parallel wreath ties, pointed ends)
GENIO CA-[ESARIS], Genius standing left, modius on head, naked except for chlamys over left shoulder, holding patera and cornucopiae. K - A over P across fields, Mintmark [ALE].
RIC VI Alexandria 100a

Quite a scarce ruler and an uncommon reverse legend. If you found this, did you clean it, or was it found this way? If you did clean it, you should read up on how to clean coins correctly; they will end up with a lot more detail (and it should be noted that removing the patina also removes the value, if you ever do want to sell something like this).

thanks for your time Ben. nope it was too dark and I had to clean it since I found a lot of similarities at the coin project.

i use a pencil erasers to finish the job. I think it is much safer than using chemicals. i'll consider not cleaning them next time.

here are some nice shots.

A pencil eraser shouldn't break the patina - but it also wont do much to stubborn dirt. You might consider using a toothbrush, which should be just as effective but more lenient on the patina.

The golden colour you are seeing is likely brass (copper and zinc) or perhaps a dirty billon (copper and silver). The encrustation and pitting testifies that it is not a noble metal, so not gold. You can test for billon or brass at home, if you don't mind changing the colour of the surface a bit - if you heat up some lemon or lime juice and soak the coin in it, the brass will turn to a more copper colour and the billon will turn more silver.
