Looks like a die crack.

Thank you. I also have questions about this coin.
I found it in an US mint coin roll. There is a die crack ? on Lincoln's -nose to beard on face, Cud? error under widow's walk, die crack bottom R of stair going into initials and possible rim errors?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

1. Are you talking about the mole? That is part of the design.
2. Image is too small to see what your seeing. (arrows would help)
3. Image to small to see.
4. Contact marks on the edge of the coin. Even OBW rolls can show damage on the coin from coin contact after they are struck. (common) On the fields on the last image you can see die flow lines through AMERICA. These just show die state. I see nothing for a premium for this coin.
