Hello all,

New to the community and I recently came across a Bicentennial Quarter with what appear to be some strange markings. Not sure if this is from the way the striking was done or the die that was used.

I've been unable to find anything like it while doing reaearch. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Please see the attached image.
