1999 D Rim Error Penny?

This is my first time using this site so I apologize if I'm incorrect, but I found a 1999 D penny with a messed up rim. It looks like it was stamped a little off center. One side has two indents white the other has none at all! I'm just curious if it is indeed a misprint!
EDIT: sorry guys I should have posted a picture of the reverse side and well. It looks normal on the back side it seems.

@MQ, first welcome to CCF. Second, could you please post a pic of the back of this cent also? Assuming the rim is normal on that side, then you have a nice example of a mis-aligned die (MAD).

A pic of the reverse would help, but this appears to be a slight mis-aligned die, which is not uncommon. Please give us a reverse pic.
