The reason the 'L' is squished to the rim is because they had a poor master die hub in the sixties. Because of that they all have that look from ~1962-1968 Report this Post to the Staff

The pink color gives away the fact it was cleaned. Just a normal coin now. If it were a variety coin, the value for now is one cent.
