The inside holes of the B are much smaller than usual so I thought I might have it. Have I also found the DDR? I'm trying to complete the 2010 D set. It's my top goal right now.

Looking at the center of the 'B' there is an interesting angle on the WDDR-001. I'm not seeing that on the image provided. Also the lighting is too low on the second image. Try getting a wider shot so we can see it this is really as much a spread as it appears to be on your coin.

The inner circles of the B aren't slanted, so I've come to the conclusion it's normal. Thanks anyway!

Have you tried a normal coin and taken images at the same distance to see if the devices are larger or normal? It maybe a new die number if the devices are enlarged? Side by sides make a difference in showing size differences. But you have to crop them the same width to determine if they are wider or normal.
